Very long waiting time for a sub, employee very slowly and unable to give out suitable change.

Just delicious and very nice staff!

Delivery service does not work. Waiting times stretched from 56 to 2 hours. This behavior is simply unheard of.

No waiting times, fresh products, good advice and good implementation of the hygiene concept.

Slowly but surely it is extremely annoying! Whenever you come 2 hours before the shop closes, 50% of the selection no longer exists and the staff is constantly annoyed and unwilling to work!

The sandwiches I put together myself are too complicated. But my kids love that.

Ordered food to our home yesterday via Lieferando. Exactly 39 minutes after the email that it will be delivered in about 39 minutes, the doorbell rang and the boss personally stood at the door with our meal. As always super friendly and grateful! My friend had a sub and I had a wrap and a salad. Everything was flawless as requested. Gladly again! :)

The staff are very friendly and it tastes very good, inexpensive and not comparable to Mac donald or burgerking, where unhealthy fast food is much more expensive

very tasty subs, salads, wraps and cookies. Unfortunately, not all ingredients / side dishes are always available during the Corona period, hopefully this will change again soon. friendly staff of authentic owners with an American accent. everything is always clean and tidy.

As always, the staff at this location tried very hard to respond to all my requests. Not only was I asked which meat and which cheese I would like, I was even allowed to choose salad and sauce myself! Here the customers are really addressed individually! Gladly again!

Friendly service, clean Gastrobereich, but unfortunately not too competent. If I am allowed to repeat my order 3 times as a local. Is not that great Otherwise there would be 5 stars
